It was a small press conference at Uno Morato, a conspicuous place found by the parking lot area of GYY Builing between Persian King Kabab and Icut Salon in Tomas Morato Corner E. Rodriguez.
We were given a background about the National Book Development Board, its activities and they also answered the concerns of editors, publishers and stakeholders of the book industry.

Into the Literary World
After the question and answers, everyone had a chit chat with each other while enjoying their delicious lunch. It was such a warm community of publishers, editors, readers and book industry supporters all sharing their views and supporting each other.
I have to admit the I have no knowledge about the book industry until today. I was able to converse with the National Book Development Board (NBDB) Chairman of Neni Sta. Romana Cruz about the current status and the huge potential of the Philippine book industry. We really have great authors like Bob Ong and Bebang Siy. I hope you and I could support it.
