CrownAsia's Pine Suites in Tagaytay and Valenza Phase 3 in Laguna

Everyone's busy striving and working for something.  It could be big or small.  But, I do believe we've got to dream big in life and make it a reality.  My dream is to own a lot of properties.  I mean of course, I'd start with having a stable and permanent home.  But, after that I'd to have chilling spots where I can recharge.  Whenever I have the time, I take my time to check out new properties.  My latest discovery is CrownAsia's Pine Suites in Tagaytay and Valenza Phase 3 in Laguna.

CrownAsia's Pine Suites

CrownAsia's Pine Suites is just an hour away from Manila.  It is a medium rise 5-storey residential condominium surrounded by pine trees.  Can you already imagine yourself waking up to the pine scent as you stand on your terrace.  Yup!  Every unit has their own terrace with view of pine trees.

There will be three buildings (total 10,023.74sqm) with lower ground parking.  The concept is like a country club with an open-air atrium in the middle area where you can do anything you please while enjoying the cool breeze of Tagaytay.  It has a modern Danish design.  For amenities it also has a club house and an outdoor pool.  The whole area is enclosed with a gate for entrance to assure security.

There are two types of units: Premiere (end units with a total area of 51.79 SQM) and the suite (inner units with 48.38 SQM).  Each unit has two bedrooms and almost the same area allocation except for the foyer area for the Premiere. 

So this is the main area.  This is just a model unit.  The furniture are not included as well as the furnishing.  For the furnishing, they have an option where you can upgrade for it.

Valenza Phase 3

I've been to Valenza around two years ago to a friends rest house.  I had no idea it is now with a wider scope with its Phase 3.

It has mini parks and playgrounds.

Houses have a color-variety.

I was able to check out their model homes like Beryl.

This is what I loved in the model Beryl.

But, the Murado is more practically and economically my type.

It has a spacious dining room, kitchen and living room area.

It has another room for office or den.

 It also has a Maid's or guest room.

 There's a washer's area.

 There's a ground floor bathroom with shower.

And, there's the pocket garden.
